William Henry Sherman

William Henry Sherman (October 4, 1865 – May 18, 1928) was an American businessman and writer.

[4] He began his career working for newspapers and the Associated Press as a reporter.

After establishing W. H. Sherman, Printer & Stationer, in 1886, he began publishing the Bar Harbor Times in 1914,[4] as well as his own works and that of some of Bar Harbor's year-round and summer residents.

[5] Sherman published Guide to Bar Harbor, Maine, in 1890.

[6] On October 23, 1890,[7] he married Annie Smith, with whom he five daughters and one son.
