William Masters (25 June 1858 – 2 October 1897) was a Scotland international rugby union player.

Masters won the match for Edinburgh by scoring a drop goal.
[8] Masters had trips of South America working as a civil engineer to Buenos Aires[9] and Valparaíso[10] He died in Argentina.
