William Wilfrid Webb

Major William Wilfrid Webb (1857–1911) was an English officer and physician in the Indian Medical Service, Bengal Army.

[1] He rose to the rank of Major in the Indian Medical Service, Bengal Army, and served in the 14th Sikhs, 29th Punjab Native Infantry, 2nd Regiment of Central India Horse, and Meywar Bhil Corps, and as Residency Surgeon at the Courts of the Maharana of Udaipur and the Maharaja of Bikanir, to the latter of whom he was guardian.

[2] He was the author of a guide for intending candidates for commissions and for junior officers of the Indian Medical Service, a manual of vaccination, and a work in the currencies of the Hindu States of Rajputana.
