Win Approval (29 January 1992 – 19 July 2021) was an American Thoroughbred racehorse and "Blue Hen" broodmare.
She was the daughter of With Approval, who was the winner of the Canadian Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing and a Champion turf racer.
Her 2008 foal, Za Approval earned $1,394,666 and was second in the Breeders' Cup Mile to two-time Horse of the Year Wise Dan.
The manager of the Live Oak Stud, Bruce Hill, described her temperament: "She's very independent.
They aren't easy to ride, they're not run offs but the jocks have their hands full that's for sure, and they earn every penny when they get on them."
