Windrem House

William Windrem was an Irish immigrant who learned the carpenter's trade in Ogdensburg, New York.

Built into the side of a slope, the rear of the house is 7-foot (2.1 m) to 8-foot (2.4 m) below ground.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.
