Winford Abrams (January 20, 1868 – September 18, 1921) was an American public administrator and politician.
Abrams was elected to the Green Bay City Council in 1902.
In 1904, he was selected to be President of the City Council during the tenure of Mayor Robert E. Minahan.
Hall resigned in January 1921 to take office as Secretary of State of Wisconsin, at which time Abrams once again became Green Bay's chief executive.
Abrams died from complications due to problems with his heart and Bright's disease on September 18, 1921.
