The Women's Chess World Cup 2025 is an upcoming single-elimination chess tournament, the third edition of the Women's Chess World Cup, taking place in Batumi, Georgia, from 5 July to 29 July 2025.
[1] The tournament will be held in parallel with the Chess World Cup 2025.
The tournament is a 7-round knockout event, with the top 25 seeds given a bye directly into the second round.
The losers of the two semi-finals will play a match for third place.
Each round consists of classical time limit games on the first two days, plus tie-breaks on the third day if required.
