Woodsburgh is a village in the Town of Hempstead in Nassau County, on the South Shore of Long Island, in New York, United States.

The village is located between Hewlett and Woodmere and borders the Atlantic Ocean to the south.

There were 268 housing units at an average density of 737.5 per square mile (284.8/km2).

12.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

None of the families and 0.4% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.

The Incorporated Village of Woodsburgh is located within the boundaries of (and is thus served by) the Hewlett-Woodmere Union Free School District in one part and the Lawrence Union Free School District in another part;[12] geographically, the total area covered by each district within the village is roughly even.
