Woody Harris

Woody Harris (November 1, 1911 – February 19, 1985) was an American songwriter of the 1950s and 1960s.

On "Queen of the Hop", Darin used the name "Walden Tweed".

[1] He also wrote songs for Elvis Presley, Della Reese and other popular singers.

Harris composed songs in the rock and roll, rockabilly, and blues genres.

Harris was born November 1, 1911, in New York City.
