Wu Hong-mo (Chinese: 吳宏謀; pinyin: Wú Hóngmóu; born 1955) is a Taiwanese politician and engineer currently serving as chairperson of Chunghwa Post, the official postal service of Taiwan.
Born in Shuilin, Yunlin County, Wu obtained his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Feng Chia University (1976), master's degree in safety, health and environmental engineering from National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology (2002), and doctoral degree in marine environment and engineering from National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) in 2015.
He was the director of Kaohsiung's Hydraulic Engineering Office during Frank Hsieh's mayoralty and worked on the city's "city-port overhaul merger" initiative (市港合一), including Sizihwan landscape engineering and stormwater management projects.
Subsequently, he was promoted to director of the Public Works Bureau, and then secretary-general of the Kaohsiung City government.
