He proceeded to make his professional debut on 8 November 2008 in a 0–1 loss to Olympique Lyonnais, coming on as a substitute playing 17 minutes.

[4] On 26 July 2013, Sagbo signed a two-year contract for an undisclosed fee with English Premier League side Hull City.

Out of contention with the Tigers, he joined Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers on an emergency loan in September 2014 that was due to last three months[11] and made his club debut on 1 October 2014 in a defeat to Huddersfield Town.
