Yao Juan (Chinese: 姚娟; pinyin: Yáo Juān; born July 18, 1983) is a Paralympian athlete from China competing mainly in category F43/44/62/64 Javelin Throw, Shot Put and Discus Throw events.

She won a gold medal at the 2000 paralympics in the F44 Javelin.
