Yekaterina Ananina

Yekaterina Igorevna Ananina (Russian: Екатерина Игоревна Ананьина, also romanized Ananyina; born 13 June 1991) is a Russian ice hockey forward, currently playing in the Zhenskaya Hockey League (ZhHL) with Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod.

Ananina was selected for the Russia national women's ice hockey team in the 2010 Winter Olympics.

She was a member of the team that won a bronze medal at the 2013 IIHF Women's World Championship.

[3][4][5] She also competed in two junior tournaments for the Russia women's national under-18 ice hockey team, in the inaugural event in 2008 and in 2009.
