Yeshey Dorji, commonly known as "Bumlay" (born 2 January 1989), is a Bhutanese footballer.

He made his first appearance for the Bhutan national football team in 2008.

After the 2013 SAFF Championship he retired from international duty, returning in 2020 and joined Thimphu City Football Club.

He was among the first Bhutanese users of TikTok, back when it was known as Musical.ly, and has built a strong presence on the platform with over 50,000 followers.Currently, he is contributing to the development of football in Bhutan through his work with the Bhutan Football Federation.
