Yevgeny Karlov

[1] Karlov was born on 31 May 1960 in Dubovka village of Bogoroditsky District of Tula Oblast.

[2] When the First Nagorno-Karabakh War started, Karlov participated in battles around Aghdam, Aghdara and Fuzuli.

On April 11, 1992, he was killed in a battle when Armenian soldiers attacked the territories of Fuzuli District.

[2] Yevgeny Nikolayevich Karlov was posthumously awarded the title of the "National Hero of Azerbaijan" by Presidential Decree No.
