Yevhen Yuriyovych Isayenko (Ukrainian: Євген Юрійович Ісаєнко; born 7 August 2000) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Metalist Kharkiv.

Isayenko is a product of the Vinnytsia and Dynamo Kyiv youth systems.
