Yolo, California

It is located 5 miles (8 km) northwest of the county seat, Woodland and 24 miles (39 km) northwest of the state capital of Sacramento.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP covers an area of 1.4 square miles (3.6 km2), all of it land.

30 households (20.1%) were made up of individuals, and 11 (7.4%) had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 165 housing units at an average density of 119.6 per square mile (46.2/km2), of which 71 (47.7%) were owner-occupied, and 78 (52.3%) were occupied by renters.
