Air Marshal Younes Hamed Al-Masri (Arabic: يونس حامد; born 15 August 1959) is the Minister of Civil Aviation,[1] and was the Commander of the Egyptian Air Force from 2012 until 2018.
[2] Hamed graduated from the Egyptian Air Academy on 16 December 1979.
[3] He is a member of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, which was reorganized in September 2012.
[4] On 4 November 2013 he was promoted to the rank of air marshal.
