Yukinori Miyabe (宮部 行範, Miyabe Yukinori, 18 July 1968 – 7 March 2017) was a Japanese speed skater who competed in the 1992 Winter Olympics and the 1994 Winter Olympics.
Born in Katsushika, Tokyo, Miyabe moved to Kushiro when he was 5 years old, and started speedskating.
He then moved to Saitama prefecture in the first year of Junior High school and joined Sankyo Seiki.
He ended up winning the overall classification of the ISU Speed Skating World Cup 1000 m in the 1994/1995 season.
