Yuliya Levitan (born 12 June 1973) is an American chess player who holds the FIDE title of Woman International Master (WIM, 1992).
She represented the Soviet Union in 1990 in the U18 Girls World Championship in Singapore where shared 4th-6th place.
In 1993, Levitan participated in Women's World Chess Championship Interzonal Tournament in Jakarta where ranked 25th place.
