Yury Dubinin is a Soviet former international speedway rider.
[4] Dubinin completed the double by winning the Russian national championship in 1969.
[6][7] He qualified for the European final as part of the 1970 Individual Speedway World Championship.
[8][9] His brother Vyacheslav Dubinin won the silver medal at the 1967 Individual Ice Speedway World Championship and both of Yury's sons Igor and Vladimir were speedway riders.
