Alhaji Yusuf Sulaiman (or Suleiman) (born 30 January 1963) is a member of the traditional ruling family of the Sokoto Caliphate who was a civil servant before entering politics in Nigeria.
He left office in December 2011 when he decided to run in the People Democratic party (PDP) primaries for governorship of Sokoto State.
In February 2003 he resigned and ran for senate on the platform of People's Democratic Party (PDP) for the Sokoto East Senatorial District.
