[2] During Kolingba's presidency, Bozize was put into jail for coup attempt, and she protested it by submitting the case under the name M’Boïssona v. Central African Republic to the United Nations Human Rights Committee on 14 November 1990.

[1] Mboissona returned to CAR in 2003 and was appointed as president's delegate in charge of health issues, social affairs, youth, and sports.

[3] Mboissona was elected as a member of National Assembly in 2005, representing 3rd arrondissement of Bangui.

At the same year, she founded a political party that addressed HIV/AIDS and poverty issues, the Union of the Popular Movement of Central Africa, on 1 June.

[9] Upon the resignation of Jean-Barkès Gombe-Ketté [fr] as Mayor of Bangui, Mboissona was rumored to become his successor.
