Yvonne Perry

In 1993, she won the Soap Opera Digest award for Outstanding Female Newcomer[1] which was the show's first win in that category.

She and on-screen love interest Shawn Christian (ex-Mike) were voted Hottest Soap Opera Couple by People Magazine in 1995.

[2] After leaving As the World Turns, Yvonne studied in London with the Royal National Theatre, lived in LA for several years, and now resides in upstate NY with her husband, Mark, whom she married in 1993, and their two daughters.

She remains very good friends with former co-stars, Martha Byrne (Lily, ex-Rose) and Kelley Menighan Hensley (Emily).

She played a divorced mother of a young boy in a half-hour comedy pilot called "Dads" in 1997.
