Zach Horton

Horton attended Lord Botetourt High School in Daleville, Virginia.

[1] Horton committed to play college football for the James Madison Dukes.

[3] In 2022, he received playing time as backup tight end, where he hauled in 13 receptions for 159 yards and two touchdowns.

[4] In week five of the 2023 season, Horton had a breakout game, hauling in three receptions for 116 yards and two touchdowns, as he helped the Dukes to a 31-23 win over South Alabama.

[5] Horton had a breakout 2023 season as James Madison's starting tight end, where he recorded 27 receptions for 275 yards and six touchdowns, where for his performance he was named first-team all-Sun Belt Conference.
