The 16 Sierra MRT station is a mass rapid transit (MRT) station that serves the suburbs of 16 Sierra and Pulau Meranti in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.

It is one of the stations built as part of the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) project on the Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Line  PYL  .

The MRT station were located in southern end of Persiaran Sierra Utama road.

Currently, there are no feeder bus services provided by Prasarana for this MRT station as of now.

In addition, residents from nearby Pulau Meranti must rely on private vehicles or ride-sharing to this MRT station due to lack of reliable bus services (Pulau Meranti as well areas in southern Puchong are considered non-Klang Valley zone according to Prasarana) in addition to no direct access to the station from Jalan Pulau Meranti.
