The 1964 Mississippi State Bulldogs football team was an American football team that represented Mississippi State University as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 1964 NCAA University Division football season.
In their third year under head coach Paul E. Davis, the Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 4–6, with a mark of 2–5 in conference play, and finished eighth in the SEC.
