The 1964 Tulane Green Wave football team was an American football team that represented Tulane University as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 1964 NCAA University Division football season.
In their third year under head coach Tommy O'Boyle, the Green Wave compiled an overall record of 3–7 with a mark of 1–5 in conference play, placing last out of 11 teams in the SEC.
