The 1988–89 Louisiana Tech Lady Techsters basketball team represented Louisiana Tech University during the 1988–89 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The team was led by fourth–year head coach Leon Barmore, who led the team to a 32–4 record (10–0 American South), the NCAA tournament, and the program's third straight Final Four.
