The 1989–90 Louisiana Tech Lady Techsters basketball team represented Louisiana Tech University during the 1989–90 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The team was led by fifth–year head coach Leon Barmore, who led the team to a 32–1 record, the NCAA tournament, and the program's fourth straight Final Four.
