The 1995–96 Stanford Cardinal women's basketball team represented Stanford University during the 1995–96 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

While Tara VanDerveer focused on coaching the US National Team, the Cardinal were coached by Amy Tucker and Marianne Stanley.

The Cardinal were members of the Pacific-10 Conference.

They won the Pac-10 Championship (18–0) by seven games and reached the Final Four for the fifth time in seven seasons.
