The 2000 USC Trojans baseball team represented the University of Southern California in the 2000 NCAA Division I baseball season.

The Trojans played their home games at Dedeaux Field.

The team was coached by Mike Gillespie in his 14th year at USC.

The Trojans won the Fullerton Regional and the East Regional to advance to the College World Series, where they were defeated by the Florida State Seminoles.
