The 2006 Grambling State Tigers football team represented Grambling State University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2006 NCAA Division I FCS football season.
Led by third-year head coach Melvin Spears, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 3–8 and a mark of 3–6 in conference play, and finished tied for third in the SWAC West Division.
