2016 Women's Junior Africa cup for Nations

The 2016 Junior Africa Cup for Nations was an international field hockey competition held from 18 to 28 March 2016 in Windhoek, Namibia.

[1][2] The tournament served as a direct qualifier for the 2016 Junior World Cup, with the winner and runner-up qualifying.

[3] As per statistical convention in field hockey, matches decided in extra time are counted as wins and losses, while matches decided by penalty shoot-outs are counted as draws.

There have been 141 goals scored in 10 matches, for an average of 14.1 goals per match.
