On 30 July 2017, a mass shooting occurred at Gray Nightclub in Konstanz, Germany.
The shooting occurred at 4:30am at the recently opened Gray Nightclub, on Max-Stromeyer-Strasse in Konstanz's industrial zone.
Following a dispute with a family member the gunman left the club to get his illegal automatic M16 rifle.
The police arrived and returned fire, a policeman was severely injured in the exchange and two patrons were shot in the crossfire, although one did not immediately notice.
[1] The gunman, Rozaba Sendi, 34, was an Iraqi-Kurdish citizen who had lived in Germany since childhood.
