The 2020–21 Oral Roberts Golden Eagles women's basketball team represented Oral Roberts University in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Golden Eagles, led by ninth year head coach Misti Cussen, competed in the Summit League.

They played home games in Mabee Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
