The 2021 Butler Bulldogs football team represented Butler University in the 2021 NCAA Division I FCS football season as a member of the Pioneer Football League.

Led by Jeff Voris in his 16th and final season as head coach, Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 3–8 with a mark of 1–7 in conference play, tying for ninth place in the PFL.

Butler played home games at the Bud and Jackie Sellick Bowl in Indianapolis.
