The 2023–24 Ball State Cardinals women's basketball team represented Ball State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Cardinals, led by 12th year head coach Brady Sallee, played their home games at the Worthen Arena in Muncie, Indiana as a member of the Mid-American Conference.

They lost in the semi-final of the MAC tournament.

Prior to the season Ball State was picked second in the MAC preseason poll.
