The 2023–24 Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons women's basketball team represented Purdue University Fort Wayne during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Mastodons, led by third-year head coach Maria Marchesano, played their home games at the Hilliard Gates Sports Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as members of the Horizon League.

The Mastodons finished the 2022–23 season 14–19, 9–11 in Horizon League play, to finish in sixth place.
