The 2023–24 UC Riverside Highlanders women's basketball team represented the University of California, Riverside during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Highlanders, led by interim first-year head coach Brad Langston, played their home games at the SRC Arena in Riverside, California, as members of the Big West Conference.

The Highlanders finished the 2022–23 season 6–26, 3–17 in Big West play, to finish in a tie for last (10th) place.
