The 2023 Women's European Volleyball League was the 14th edition of the annual Women's European Volleyball League, which featured women's national volleyball teams from 17 European countries.

The Golden Leagues final phase will feature semi-finals and finals played as a home and away game.

Teams were seeded following the Serpentine system according to their European Ranking for national teams as of January 2023.
