The 2024–25 Ball State Cardinals women's basketball team represents Ball State University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Cardinals, led by 13th-year head coach Brady Sallee, play their home games at Worthen Arena in Muncie, Indiana as members of the Mid-American Conference.
