The 2024–25 Incarnate Word Cardinals women's basketball team represents the University of the Incarnate Word in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Cardinals are led by sixth-year coach Jeff Dow, and are members of the Southland Conference (SLC).

The Southland Conference released its preseason poll on October 17, 2024.

Receiving 149 overall votes, the Cardinals were picked to finish fifth in the conference.
