The 2024–25 North Florida Ospreys women's basketball team represents the University of North Florida during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Ospreys, led by second-year head coach Erika Lambert, play their home games at the UNF Arena in Jacksonville, Florida, as members of the Atlantic Sun Conference.

The Ospreys finished the 2023–24 season 9–21, 3–13 in ASUN play, to finish in 11th place.
