The 2024–25 Old Dominion Monarchs women's basketball team represents Old Dominion University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Monarchs, led by fifth-year head coach DeLisha Milton-Jones, play their home games at Chartway Arena in Norfolk, Virginia as members of the Sun Belt Conference.

In their 2023–24 season, the Monarchs finished fourth ranked in conference play and lost to Marshall in the conference tournament semifinals.
