The 2024–25 South Dakota Coyotes men's basketball team represents the University of South Dakota in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Coyotes are led by third-year head coach Eric Peterson and play their home games at the Sanford Coyote Sports Center in Vermillion, South Dakota as members of the Summit League.

The Coyotes finished the 2023–24 season 12–20, 5–11 in Summit League play to finish in ninth place.

They lost to Oral Roberts in the first round of the Summit League tournament.
