The 2024 Louisville Cardinals football team represented the University of Louisville as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) during the 2024 NCAA Division I FBS football season.

The Cardinals were led by second-year head coach Jeff Brohm and played home games at the L&N Stadium located in Louisville, Kentucky.

Louisville had four players chosen in the 2024 NFL draft.

Five other players were signed as undrafted free agents.

The Atlantic Coast Conference preseason poll was released on July 31.
