The 2024 Portuguese motorcycle Grand Prix (officially known as the Grande Prémio Tissot de Portugal) was the second round of the 2024 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season and the first round of the 2024 MotoE World Championship.

All races (except for both MotoE races which were held on 23 March) were held at the Algarve International Circuit in Portimão on 24 March 2024.

The MotoGP Sprint was held on 23 March.
