The 2025 Memphis Showboats season will be the third season for the Memphis Showboats as a professional American football franchise and the second season in the United Football League (UFL).

Head coach, John DeFilippo resigned along with general manager Dennis Polian on August 10, 2024.

The team would later appoint Ken Whisenhunt and Jim Monos as Head Coach and General Manager, respectively.
