The 2025 Nicholls Colonels football team represents Nicholls State University in the 2025 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

The Colonels play their home games at Manning Field at John L. Guidry Stadium in Thibodaux, Louisiana, and compete in the Southland Conference.

They are led by first–year head coach Tommy Rybacki.
